No need to install separate molds on each type of tool, saving time and cost. The SDE-SA crimping tool holder is suitable for various crimping molds and can be easily interchanged. The SDE-SA crimping tool holder has adjustable ratchet control that remains locked until the tool handle is fully closed and the mold touches the bottom. This ratchet mechanism ensures that the tool only opens once after achieving a complete crimping cycle, preventing partial crimping. Emergency ratchet release can be used to open the tool clamp during the crimping cycle. The SDE-SA manual crimping tool has a large crimping jaw arc on its head, which minimizes rolling when crimping open sleeve terminal blocks.
